DentalVoice
Full revenue-cycle voice AI for dental practices
DentalVoice is a single AI agent that runs the entire phone-call surface of a dental practice. Most voice-AI tools cover one slice — inbound reception, or outbound recare. DentalVoice covers all five workflows that drive revenue, because a fragmented voice stack is what kills adoption: front-desk staff won't manage three different bots.
The five workflows: inbound reception (book / reschedule / triage), outbound recare (calling patients overdue for cleaning), no-show recovery (auto-reaching out within 15 minutes of a missed appointment), insurance verification (the agent navigates payer IVR trees and reads back coverage), and treatment-plan presentation (the agent calls the patient after a hygiene visit to walk through and book the recommended treatment plan).
Technically: Twilio Media Streams for low-latency audio, Deepgram Nova-3 for streaming ASR, Claude Sonnet 4.6 as the planning brain, and ElevenLabs for the voice. The trick is the tool layer — every meaningful action (book appointment, send SMS, query coverage) is a Claude tool call, which means we get hard audit trails for HIPAA and clean state-machine recovery if a call drops mid-flow.
Pricing is $799/mo base + $25 per booked treatment plan, which aligns the agent's economics with the practice's economics. A typical 4-chair practice books 30–50 treatment plans/month via DentalVoice on top of normal flow.
